All about the Queen's beautiful Norfolk home, main setting for my latest book 'The Prince's Thorn' and another huge attraction for tourists.  Nice neighbours we have here.  It's not unusual to see members of the Royal family driving themselves around. Chris and I have season tickets for the gardens, which allow us to go every day the place is open, if we wish. It's a joy to watch the trees and flowers change and to visit the enormous carp in the lake. Thank you, your Majesty.

And we can't forget our good friends in the archaeological world. We've been involved with many of them since the 'Sedgeford dig' began in 1996. They're only there during the summer, but they're open to visitors, and free. Come and see what they're doing in 2009
